Level 3 Business Administrator
This work based apprenticeship qualification is aimed at individuals working within a variety of business sectors.
Business administrators have a wide range of variable skills that can support their development towards management responsibilities. Individuals will have good communication skills and work with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
Modules of learning include:
- Organisational purpose and practice
- IT and interpersonal skills
- Team management and high quality projects
- Laws, regulations and data protection
Level 3 Community Health & Wellbeing Worker
This work based apprenticeship qualification is ideal for employees working in a variety of sectors, increasing the emphasis on improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
Individuals will work with internal and external agencies to identify and improve health and well-being needs, as well as reduce inequalities.
Modules of learning include:
- Resources and referrals across the community
- Behavioural science theories and methods
- Promoting health & wellbeing effectively in the workplace
- Preventative approaches and their impact.
Level 3 Content Creator
This Level 3 qualification is ideal for employees responsible for business content and social media. This could include digital, broadcast or print.
Apprentices will be creating marketing materials, advertising and campaigns. Individuals will be working with the end-to-end process of creating content relevant to the company brief and budget.
Modules of learning include:
- Planning and developing content
- Researching, preparing and developing media
- Project management
- Creating media according to different platforms and audiences
- Evaluating and improving content performances
Level 3 Early Years Educator
This Level 3 qualification is ideal for individuals working within a range of education sectors, including childcare settings, hospitals or schools. It provides you with understanding of high quality early education, including SEND and EYFS requirements.
Modules of learning include:
- Understanding Safeguarding
- Promoting independent learning and pedagogy
- Knowledge of learning behaviours
- Completing assessments and planning
- Supporting the social, emotional, mental health and wellbeing of learners.
Level 4 Sports Coach
This work based apprenticeship qualification is ideal for coaches working within the school environment.
They design and deliver coaching programmes that focus on the acceleration of sustainable mastery of children’s psychomotor skills and wider physical education standards.
Modules of learning include:
- Curriculum planning
- Child development and learning theories
- Participant profiling
- SWOT Analysis
Level 3 Teaching Assistant
This work based apprenticeship qualification is ideal for individuals working within a school environment, from primary through to PRU’s and specialist schools.
They will be working with learners on a daily basis and supporting the class teacher in a variety of roles.

- Safeguarding & Prevent legislation
- Promoting positive behaviours
- Contributing to assessment and planning
- Supporting with providing an engaging environment and resources.

This Level 3 qualification is perfect for businesses and organisations of all sizes.
